Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is mobile personal training?

We bring the training to you. Instead of driving to a gym, you get professional coaching in your home, backyard, office, or even a local park. We supply the essential equipment, design the workout, and keep you accountable.

2. Do I need my own equipment?

No. We provide versatile tools like kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and TRX systems. If you have your own gear, we’ll incorporate it, but you don’t need anything to start.

3. How does billing work?

HMBL FLX operates on prepaid training packages:

• 8-Pack: Eight 1-hour sessions
• 12-Pack: Twelve 1-hour sessions

All sessions are paid in advance. No sessions are scheduled without payment.

4. Do sessions expire?

Yes. All sessions expire 1 year from the purchase date.

5. What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice.

6. What if I cancel late or don’t show up?

• Less than 24 hours’ notice = session forfeited
• No-show = session forfeitedNo exceptions.

This protects schedule integrity and fairness to all clients.

7. Can HMBL FLX refuse service?

Yes. Services are at-will. HMBL FLX may terminate services at any time, for any reason.

8. Where can we train?

Anywhere that’s safe, private, and has enough space to move—your living room, garage, backyard, or a quiet park. We’ll help you figure out the best option.

9. Do you offer virtual training?

Yes. If in-person isn’t possible, we can coach you virtually and design workouts for travel or at-home execution.

10. What if I’ve never trained before?

That’s exactly who we serve best. Most clients start as beginners. We focus on safe, foundational movements before progressing into heavier or more complex training.

11. What if I have an injury or medical condition?

We adapt workouts to your needs. If your doctor or physical therapist gives restrictions, we’ll design training around them. Safety always comes first.

12. What results can I expect?

Clients usually notice improvements in energy, strength, and mobility within 4–6 weeks. Long-term results depend on consistency with training, nutrition, and recovery.

13. How long are sessions?

Standard sessions are 60 minutes. We also offer shorter workouts for clients with tight schedules.

14. Do you provide nutrition coaching?

We offer nutrition guidance on habits, portion control, and fueling for performance. For medical conditions or meal planning, we refer to licensed dietitians.

15. How do you keep sessions safe?

Every workout includes a warm-up, proper progressions, and close monitoring of form. Trainers are certified, insured, and CPR/AED trained.
